To supply the impressive V12 cylinder engine with sufficient amount of breathing air the air intake at the front was widened and with its broadened track the Series 3 E type stood on its wheels very dynamical.

The engine with its huge amount of torque draw its power from a stunning capacity of 5.3 liters, and its flexibility became a benchmark.

Four exhausts loomed at the rear in the European version leaving no doubt regarding the heart of this luxurious sports car.

In motion the V12 – just like a wildcat – demonstrated the new style of Jaguar’s sports car: quiet and nonchalant, and thanks to its well-balanced driving characters and the comfortable suspension it enabled its drivers a new quality in dreaming.

Watch dial

The unmistakable design elements (speedometer dial, speedometer needle with central covering) of the original Mercedes 190 SL speedometer have been transferred to the watch dials in absolute detail. The ancillary hour hand with its white tip makes telling the time a thing of ease.
