If you would like to return an item, we will pay the shipping costs if the value of the returned goods is over ¤ 40,00 according to the Distance Selling Act. The customer pays for the shipping if the total value of goods is below ¤ 40,00.

Money to be paid back by us for returned goods and possibly for return shipping costs, will be transferred into the bank account you have supplied. Please make sure that the shipping costs are apparent to us or mark them on the delivery note you will add to your return shipment.
